The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though initially unimpressive, turn out to be good, clean, and modern, outweighing the hotel's first impression. The service more than compensates for any flaws in the reception department, with accommodating and helpful staff. The location, despite being remote, provides a peaceful setting with beautiful sunset views. The dining experience, while disappointing in choices during Ramadan, can be redeemed by booking a room with breakfast. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory, making the stay worthwhile.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially for a family or group of friends who want a staycation. The playground located right at the back door of the chalet room was perfect for the kids to enjoy. The rooms were comfortable, especially in one of the new wing additions. The only downside was being moved to its sister hotel, Liwa Hotel, the following day.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were so spacious and offered a panoramic sea view. They were clean, spacious, and nicely carpeted, with a comfortable bed, a minibar, and a large TV with a good choice of channels in English and Arabic. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly staff, and the complementary breakfast was delicious. The location, although lacking a beach, was still amazing with beautifully kept large lawns and plenty of greenery to enjoy. The dining experience was a bit disappointing as the choices were limited, but overall, my stay was wonderful.
The hotel rooms are spacious, well-carpeted, and facing the beach with a ground floor terrace, making it ideal for families with small children. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. The location offers a peaceful retreat close to the beach, perfect for a short relaxing break. The dining experience could be improved with a wider selection of food choices.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms when we checked in at 3 am; they were very good and far better than the overall first impression the hotel gives. The ground floor terrace directly in front of the play area added to the charm. The sophisticated A/C control was a plus, but it's worth noting that heating is not included.
